| Nice one Keith.
For those that don't know the area, when you get to some upright wooden mooring posts about 10 foot out into the river, you're in the right place. Or you can look for the first bench on the bank which is just behind them.

| Keith - I'll happily give you a lift there, but not back as I'm not staying overnight .
Problem is "when" will depend on when I finish my Saturday chores, which depends on when I get up, which depends on when I go to bed tonight, which depends on when I get home this evening which depends on when I get things done in here in the office, which depends on me getting off social web sites like this....
If you reckon on lunchtime +/- an hour you wouldn't be too wrong, probably. Might be best if I give you a call when I pretty much know when I should be leaving & see if you're OK for a lift - unless anything more definite comes along in the meantime.

| A full moon, no flow and the river has lost 6 degrees in one and a half weeks but somehow we were graced by a rare non-tidal zander. My first ever zander and I'm delighted it was a wild Thames fish. Paul Sullivan weighed it on his scales that have been checked against 2 other sets and it came out 10lb spot on The weighing/pics was a real team effort which is the great thing about social fish-ins....thanks to Willie who talked me thru where all the prickly bits are, Paul for netting, weighing and calming me down and Andy for pics. Even if we caught nothing it would've been worth it as we had a good laugh. Keith glad you are OK. | |
