| met up with ed and his son mathew yesterday evening, and wandered along the minihaha there's certainly no shortage of traffic cones and fallen branches to be pulled out
think waders will be handy, strong rake, pruning saw, if you've any of this kit, please bring it with you | |

| Okay Jim,
I can bring most of these.
By the way, the web site is very slow at the moment. Don't think that it's me as no problems on other sites.
Regards

| Evening Gents,
Will be there. I thought that I might get over a bit earlier to avoid any traffic. Is there a 'greasy spoon' nearby to fortify the inner man!

| dont worry chaps, we'll have the prestige mk 4 carp porter, wide wheel, suspension and a mudguard if you wanna run with it, it'll carry 200lbs, as long as you can push it | |

| So I thought I'd put some air in the tyre on my wheelbarrow just now, perhaps I overdid it a bit, imagine my surprise when there was a crunch and the wheel rim collapsed under the pressure. It will still go, kind-of, but tomorrow may be its last job. Maybe the wheel on yours is still OK though Guy, may be able to make one working barrow out of the pair of them? LoL!

| A fantastic effort this morning; We removed 18 traffic cones, a trailer chassis, large amount of himalayan balsam, a bike, a tyre, a computer screen of some sort and all manner of other stuff! I failed to count the number of bin bags of litter so will have to count them on the photos. thank you everybody, Ed.
(edit) figured out the "computer screen" was in fact one of those flatbed scanner things.

| I won't bore you too much but pleasure to meet you all, really good to see anglers prepared to make a difference. Really enjoyed getting damp and mud splattered and quite a pile at the end!!

| That's not as mini as I thought it was. I presumed it was only a few feet wide, that looks as wide as most of the Colne near Staines. | |
