just a reminder from last year, some people had their cars broken into in the car park, a group of people were watching people puting things in their cars, and following them back into the centre, then ringing thier mates to go and break into thier cars and take the stuff he/she had just got.

I popped in this morning for an hour after work and it was mobbed, Managed to have a good to chat to Mike Wilson and a flick through his great book, is on the xmas list Smile

Picked up some Live System from CC Moore, top winter bait and 5k of pick and mix pellets from Kent Particles, bargain at a tenner.

The Angling Trust stand was very busy, good news, also another of our Patrons Duncan Charman was there and had a catch up.

Yeah went today.Very busy,lots of money changing hands.Made you think......What recession?.Was impressed by the hook sharpening demonstration on the Jag stand so bought that gadget.Also will be trying out Rig Marole's new Hydrolink at some stage.Had a nice chat with Duncan Charman and Martin Bowler,both there to plug their latest book and dvd.Was very interested in the new Fox twin tip barbel rod.Unfortunately the one they had was for demo purposes only,but thought the rod fitted with the 2.25lb tip would be ideal on the Lower Thames when 6oz plus feeders are required and the 1.75lb tip for more normal conditions.As usual lots of old acquaintances were bumped into and was surprised it was almost dark when I walked out.A few books I saw there will be added to my Christmas list for sure.
