Today was a big day for the TAC. We met the head of the Thames fisheries team for quite a few hours at his Frimley office.

Got direct answers to many of your questions about the Thames chaps.

We found out the results of species surveys per reach, fish densities per reach, will get access to water quality data, discussed favourably our river guardian initiative mentioned at the AGM, found out about enforcement initiatives on the Thames, fish death reduction initiatives, the policy on foreign species.....plus loads more.

Details no doubt will follow once talked over with Dave and Jim - just wanted to let you know it went very well for the club today and you'll be getting the answers to your questions Smile
