KHV is back, though not (yet) in the Thames region thankfully.

Always check, clean, dry your nets & tackle after each session.

A couple of very well known commercials are insisting that ALL NETS ARE LAID OUT FOR AT LEAST 30 minutes to dry before being set in the water.

I think that all sensible anglers should do this as a matter of course.
Prevention is better than cure.

Surely that's only any good if the sun is out and the temperature high? I thought the crucial factors was that nets and mats are bone dry.
