| During Thursday's social we agreed to run a Pike Day again this year, the date to be towards the end of October, perhaps during the school half-term, which makes it somewhere between Saturday 24th October - Sunday 1st November I believe. Still open to bringing it forward a week or 2 if that works better though.
We decided to have it down at Walton again as there is good parking and facilities. This will be a bit of a team effort to organise, anyone who can help please join in here. | |

| After discussing this we have missed a window to properly organise one, as with many TAC things its time and resourses, life etc So instead we going to have a Pike fish-in, social on the Thames. Planned date is Sunday 1st November and venue Walton Bridge. Fairly relaxed come if you can, be good though if anyone comes with handling experience can help any novices (like myself) if we catch one. Cino's café is still open so food and hot drinks on hand, should be good. See you there | |

| Bump on this We will be having a Pike fish-in on the morning of Sunday 1st November. If you're not so confident handling a pike, setting up rigs etc, more experienced members should be around to give assistance. (And if you are an experienced pike angler, please come along!) Venue is Walton Bridge, park in Cowey Sale car park (free), meet on the bank from 9am onwards. Refreshments available from Cino's snack bar and toilets on site. Facebook event page link | |
