The company behind the proposal to develop Surbiton’s filter beds wll set out its case as to why it should be given permission today.

Kingston councillors unanimously rejected the plans for 64 floating homes, plus a marina, restaurant, and more, at the Portsmouth Road site at a meeting in January.

But Hydro Properties has appealed the decision and a five-day appeal hearing will begin today at 10am at County Hall, Penrhyn Road.

always look at them when i go past often seen a heron there so must be fish in them. needs a night time stalk.
