...now that should have your attention,
up at Whitchurch where they are replacing the 111-year-old bridge, the river will be closed to boats from Monday November 4th until the end of March.

Closer to home, Shepperton Lock is scheduled to be closed to boat traffic from 4 November until February.

Ed I think you can book passage on certain dates tba for Whitchurch lock river conditions and contractors being ok .
Can`t see them getting Whitchurch bridge finished in the time span if the river floods a lot this winter
