Survey - what type of phone do you have?

I'm planning a TAC web application that members will be able to use to send in reports about environmental events.

These reports would consist of photograph(s) tagged with the location and a description.
They might be used for a number of purposes such as:
- Location of a CSO discharging raw sewage
- Invasive plant outbreak eg himalayan balsam
- Poaching / fixed lines
etc....
Just about anything that can be photographed and roughly categorized can be recorded. The hard part is getting people to actually get out and do that, as anglers we have an advantage because we are out in the field already.

Making it as easy as possible is the key. I was thinking that this could be done with a web page where you upload your photo, mark the location on a map and type in a description, but a smartphone app would probably be a lot easier and more convenient for those of you who have them.
