| We are off to check eel trap soon, and thinking of spending half our spinning In the weir, does anyone know where I can park the car ? | |

could you check the river condition for us please as looking at going tomz for couple days cheers fella.. sorry i cannot help about parking as i dont drive... | |

| There are a few places Colin, but your safest bets are either; Wolsey Road or Molesey Boat Club (Graburn Way).

| Thanks Richard for the info,John the trap was empty.John re the river condition,the weir was running over at he same height as the water below it.I have not fished it enough to know how this would effect your fishing,you can still stand to the side of the weir as a very large area still has hardly any water dropping over it.Myself i would give it a go as i'm no expert and would be happy sitting in such a pleasant spot for a few hours even if i blanked.Whether it's worth a serious two day fish by a decent angler i don't kow,but i'm sure someone else can advise on that.My wife took a video clip on her camera,if shes gets a spare minute she will post it for you to look at. | cheers colin for that. it dont sound to bad then as will be fishing a bit further down on cig island. i would like to see the video. bad luck on the trap side maybe next time. cheers john | |

| John the river is looking good, its back to about normal level and pushing through a bit faster than normal which should be a good thing. | |
