Good find. Keep an eye open for this story, because i suspect, those fines will never be paid in full, or in the stated amount of time. 99 coarse fish? Nets? And thats only the time when they happened to be caught. Shall we add that to the cormerant devastation, the new otter threat, Mink, pollution. Am exhausted rant over.
