Hello all

I hope you had an enjoyable Christmas and hope you don't mind me emailing, but I should be most grateful if you could spread the word about the Black Labrador Retriever, Lily, that went missing from Crane Park / Kneller Gardens area on Christmas Eve.

The dog is still missing so I'm trying to spread the word further as her owners think she may have been swept downstream. I know there are many gardens backing onto the River Crane and if she was, she may have been able to scramble out and into a garden, so if you have, or know anyone who has a house backing onto the River or an allotment close to the River Crane, please could you kindly check?

The owners are constantly searching and contacting all the rescue centres / vets etc.  The dog is micro chipped and was wearing a red collar with a tag.

Anything you can do to raise awareness of this would be most appreciated as the family are understandably distraught.  I attach the official poster off the Dogs Lost website. If you could forward to Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinators and Dog Watch Groups that would be most appreciated.

SNT - I'd be really grateful if you could forward this onto your local contacts / NHW / Dog Watch Groups.

With best wishes
