the bike was there at 11am this morning resting against the river wall, tax disc in tact. Saw 3 other bikes in the river apart from the ped by twickenham bridge. highlight of the day was a pair of foreign tourists standing beside richmond lock with a map asking a dog walker where richmond lock was, and the dog owner saysing she had no clue

Well clearly none of the authorities were going to take responsibility so removed the moped from the river this afternoon, with a lot of help from a couple of lads.  It was quite a lot heavier than any of us expected.

And taxed to 31/7/14!! So not been in the river all that long, can't have been thrown in much before the end of July this year at the earliest.
